This year we learned about Linear Algebra, Linear equations, Rate of Change, and Coordinate Geometry.
At the beginning of the semester we were introduced to our final project called Meadow and Malls. The project focused on giving us a certain amount of land with different variables and maximize the space with the least amount of cost. We didn't focus on it too much in the beginning since it was our final project. At first I was confused why it was introduced if we weren't going to start working on it immediately. With all the topics John taught us, I was confused why we were learning them. At the end of the project, we went back to the Meadows and Malls question using all of the ways we learned to solve the question. I really liked doing this project, even at some moments I was lost and confused, it all made sense in the end. I wished we had more hands on projects instead of doing worksheets but it was good practice even if I didn't like doing it.
